The Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) has apprehended a kidnapper who has confessed to killing ten children in cold blood.
The self-confessed killer is suspected of abducting two toddlers in Nairobi’s Shauri Moyo neighborhood.
Masten Milimu Wanjala, 20, stunned detectives when he confessed to kidnapping ten children and killing them in cold blood.
The suspect told authorities that he was responsible for the murders of Charles Opindo Bala, 13, and Junior Mutuku Musyoki, 12, who went missing on June 30 and July 7, 2021, respectively.
Wanjala took police to the crime location in Lower Kabete, where he had disposed of the remains of the children, after his arrest.
Wanjala had called Musyoki’s mother Felista Wayua, seeking a ransom of Sh50,000 in return for her son’s release, before being apprehended by the cops.
