Former Tahidi High actor Joseph Kinuthia, better known by his stage name Omosh, has responded to people who have chastised him for requesting aid again just months after Kenyans rescued him.
In his defense, the actor claimed that he had numerous obligations that he paid off with money he got from well-wishers, leaving him broke once more.
Omosh confirmed receiving money from Kenyans during an interview with one of the local stations on Saturday, June 25, but said that only a decent job, not monetary contributions, could help him.
“I had a lot of holes to fill, and not everyone who promised me money followed through. For some, it was all about the publicity. I had a year and a half’s worth of rent arrears. I was in a lot of debt, “he stated “It will end at some time, even if you give me money. A job, on the other hand, can keep me afloat; the difficulty is finding one. I have no way of knowing how much money I received “said the performer.
On Friday, June 25, in response to the reaction he got following allegations that he was broke again, Omosh begged Kenyans, notably Comedian Jalango, not to be unhappy with him.
